Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love every piece you bring home. If something isn't quite right, returning it is straightforward.

30-day return period

You may return any item within 30 days of the delivery date. If more than 30 days have passed since your order was delivered, we are unfortunately unable to offer a refund or exchange.

Return conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in their original packaging. Items that show signs of use or damage caused after delivery cannot be accepted.

How to start a return

Email us at info@vensalo.co.uk with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. We will reply within 24 hours with simple step-by-step return instructions and the return address.

Return shipping costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or faulty. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will confirm your refund by email. Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item and are always issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Damaged or faulty items

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@vensalo.co.uk with a photo of the item and packaging. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund — including any return shipping costs — whichever you prefer.

Exchanges

We are happy to exchange items for another piece of the same value. Follow the return steps above and let us know which item you would like instead.
