Terms & Conditions
Last updated: June 2026
These terms apply to all orders placed through our website. By placing an order with Vensalo, you agree to the terms set out below.
About us
Vensalo (vensalo.co.uk) sells homeware and decor online. Vensalo is a trading name of Exure Group Limited, registered in Hong Kong. You can reach us at info@vensalo.co.uk, by phone on +44 7529 279007, or by post at Flat 5, 4/F, Won Hing Building, 74–78 Stanley Street, Central, Hong Kong.
Products & pricing
All prices are displayed in British Pounds (GBP) and include any applicable taxes. Shipping is free on all orders, so the price shown at checkout is the final amount you pay. We take care to display our products accurately; as many of our pieces are made from natural materials or finished by hand, small variations in tone and texture are part of their character.
Orders & payment
An order is confirmed once you receive our order confirmation email. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay. All payments are processed over a secure, SSL-encrypted connection.
Shipping
Orders are dispatched within 24–48 hours and delivered within the United Kingdom in 5–8 business days, with tracking provided by email. Full details are set out in our Shipping Policy.
Returns & refunds
You may return unused items in their original condition and packaging within 30 days of delivery. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the return. Full details are set out in our Return & Refund Policy.
Intellectual property
All content on this website — including text, photography and branding — is the property of Vensalo and may not be reproduced without written permission.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law. Our liability is limited to the value of the order placed.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
