We keep shipping simple, honest and fully tracked. Below you'll find everything about how and when your Vensalo order arrives.
Delivery area
We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom. All prices on our website are shown in British Pounds (GBP).
Shipping costs
Shipping is free on all orders — there are no hidden fees, surcharges or minimum spend requirements. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay.
Handling time
Orders are carefully packed and dispatched within 24–48 hours (1–2 business days) of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or UK public holidays are processed the next business day.
Transit time
Once dispatched, delivery within the United Kingdom takes 5–8 business days. In total, you can expect your order to arrive within approximately 6–10 business days of placing it.
Order tracking
As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can also use our Track Your Order page at any time — simply enter your order number and the email address used at checkout to follow your parcel's journey.
Delays
Occasionally carriers experience short delays, particularly during busy seasonal periods. If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please allow 3 additional business days before contacting us. If it still hasn't arrived, email us and we will resolve it promptly.
