Shipping & Delivery

We offer free, fully tracked UK delivery on every order.

Dispatch: Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days.

Delivery time: Most UK orders arrive within 5–8 business days from dispatch. During busy periods or customs checks this can occasionally extend to around 14 business days.

Where we ship from: Vensalo works with overseas production and fulfilment partners, and your order is shipped internationally directly to you. This is how we keep considered, well-made pieces at a fair price.

Taxes & duties: All applicable UK taxes and any import duties are included in the price and covered by us — there is nothing extra to pay on delivery.

Tracking: You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

Returns: You have 30 days to return any unused item in its original packaging for a full refund. See our Return & Refund Policy.
